aah my knee!

Apparantly, if you sideflip onto the wrong foot you seriously fuck up your knee. Unfortunately that's exactly what I did on yesterday. So, yeah, it kinda hurt at the time but now I can barely straighten or bend my leg. It's the suxxorz. Legit.
